Matthew Melis just finished his first comic book, ‘Strong,’ and is working on his next. He lives in a tiny attic in Madrid with his wife, where he struggles to make icecream in a tiny freezer and bake cookies in a tiny oven. He is learning Spanish one word at a time from the fruit and vegetable sellers in his street.
